our home was built in 1972 my father built it , we have raised 3daughters and 8 grandchildren, i would say it is a happy home. like most of America, we lived paycheck to paycheck. in the spring of 2012 my husband was told he had parkinsons he applied for disability, and was accepted. he has worked all his life, very hard, but the house needs help and we are unable to fix it. we live in the country, about 7 miles from town, our home has 2 bedrooms ,1 sewing room(another) bedroom , a computor room ,dining room, 2 large baths laundry room , a small storage room.and of course a livingroom. i want our home to be here after we are gone. john is 61 and i am 58 . thank you mary white

I am a single mum having to evict tenant; still have to move all my furniture interstate, cars looking like cost of new to fix, currently living at women’s shelter. House needs new kitchen, paint job; who knows what else. I’ve had it for 8 years did some work on it 1 yr ago when my tenant died in the front lawn. As he didn’t have family so i had to sort it out. looks like I might have to cut my losses if can’t figure out way to fix to sell, but trying to get there to re evaluate the situation better.
